Welcome to the ECU HESA website. HESA stands for the Higher Education Support Act (2003) and is legislation underpinning a suite of reforms being implemented at Australian universities from 1st January 2005. This website will provide information to assist in understanding how the changes will affect future students, current students and staff members of Edith Cowan University.
